It's really hit and miss. I've probably sent more back than I kept due to I'll fitting garments, cheaply made and sizes different on identical items. I do get lucky now and again but more often or not I have to return. Quick delivery and easy returns

I paid for next day delivery, and five almost six days later, there is still no sign of my order. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue and was told they have to allow the courier up to a date that was twelve days after my purchase They offered to refund the extra 1 I paid for express delivery, putting it down to standard, but it was refunded onto a gift card credit rather than to my bank account. To their credit, customer service was fast and responsive, and items seem stylish enough. Cannot speak to their quality though as I have yet to receive them.

I love shopping at boohoo for my dresses, I brought a lovely summer petite dress the other day, when the item turned up the next day, I noticed it didn't have the 'P' sign on that petite items usually have on, I decided to contact boohoo through Whatsapp on Sunday at 22.15ish, I didn't expect an answer straight away, but a few minutes later, I had a reply off Chloe D, she was helpful and told me to send a picture of my item so they could check it was the right item. A few more minutes after I sent the photo over, a lady called Nikki Louie replied to confirm the item was correct. I just wanted to say how lovely and polite these ladies were and how fast they helped me with my enquiry. Very pleased. Thank you again to chloe, nikki and macoy
