next review, 20 days agoThe quality of the items is good. Unfortunately, the quality of the customer service is not. One item from my order was cancelled by Next without any notification. The rest of the order has arrived 2 weeks later after the initial delivery date. There is no refund for the missing item, the customer support team is acting like there is no problem since the package has been delivered. I've tried communicating with them both via chat and complaints, no luck so far. Never buying from them again.
